Firstly i would like to say to the mods, i think the time has come for action.. not one person on the list in the previous thread recived there vivs. do not delete this thread.

The time is up and communication has gone. its been 5 months since i ordered my viv from him costing me £300. its time for the police to step in. can we please bring back the thread with the names/address's on it. and i beleve we should all go stright to the police.

this is against the law and bang out of order.

i feel so sad for chris and i beleve he had this in his mind the whole way through this saga. its a shame. i put my trust in him and he just thrown it back at me. wonder where my money is... big tv? holiday? could be anywhere. i am sorry that i defended recs for so long.

no communication for 2 weeks (phone/sms/email/rfuk pm)

anyone with information on chris please contact me i will be taking legal action.

I'll reply to this but I'm not sure if the mods will let it stay on. The "person in question" had a visit on Weds evening and I think the term you are legally allowed to use is that the person is now "helping the police with their enquiries". Please contact Northumbria police tomorrow so that they are given as much information as possible to assist their enquiries.

Firstly I have given CE more than enough time to respond so here is my response.

I am a reasonably successful guy in business but regardless it would appear I been fleeced!

I met with Chris a few months ago and discussed his aspirations and professional aims and after a few hours in his comapny I beleived him and gave him a cheque for two vivs.

Is CE a liar and a thief....Yes.

"Go on then Chris prove me wrong, take me to court for defamation, I dare you!"

I would publicly like to go on record to tell ALL that I had real faith in his product and even when everyone else was having a go at him offered unconditional financial support for RECS.

Yes even though he is a complete wideboy I offered to bankroll the RECS business to get it back on track.

Guess what ..... he never took up this offer.!

So what does this tell you?

Am I a fool?

Yes!

Is he a con artist, Apparently!

Will I see my vivs or money ....Highly unlikely!

CE I will now be going to the police!

Others have told me that CE will be a hunted man for many years!

slightly off topic but is there no one on this board who uses the same materials to build vivs that he was trying to make ?

seems to me a skilled person who can use fibreglass should and could have months worth of work just from this forum alone .

this is exactly what he did when he was called herpshack and he will show the police that he is trying to get on with back orders so it stays civil and he will get away with it again and pop up with a different name and scam next year.

you mean you would LIKE it to stay? DO NOT probably isnt the right way to start. wat you have to understand is, its not the mods fault that this has happened. There have been ongoing convos in the mods section for months, so i ca assure you WE havent forgotten, but realistically all we can do is ban him, it will be down to you guys to chase him down/police or other action. there isnt much we can do from here but try and make sure people like this are no ableto do it again,.
