FFS! Luckily I haven't been scammed as of yet as I only buy from very senior members, pretty sad I have to do that though but you just can't trust people.

But damn these people make me sick! Like vicky she's just lost on money and present for her mum! These bastards just don't give a damn about the people who suffer!

I really hope this gets sorted but if like someone's said this is another account of rosie27 who sold the same T's to people, then damn.

My moto is if it looks good (adult of Emilia £50, pretty good deal) there's a high chance it's dodgy.

I'd suggest those of you who *didn't* pay via paypal gift, lodge your complaint with Paypal as soon as possible. If you all lodge disputes against the same Paypal user, there's a higher chance that Paypal will realise there's something dodgy going on with this user!

I wouldn't bother waiting for a PM from this person. Unless she had 4 pairs of adult B. emilia for sale, which seems rather unlikely, it's evident that she attempted to sell the same spiders to several different people.

I've had an email from her to say (actually hang on I'll copy and paste)

----- Forwarded Message ----
From: Jo Allen <joallen55@yahoo.co.uk>

Hi thank you for the message, I've had no internet connection for a few days and have tried getting to a friends to use her computer,
I will try and sort it out as soon as i can, I cannot get on there at the moment as my phone wont let me!
Jo

But then on Paypal when I complained about the mis-advertising (she said it was in perfect condition - Not quite with a huge scratch down the back) she said

04/11/2009 19:51 GMT - Seller: the item when sent was less than 3 months old and in perfect condition, the item was like new as i had only used it once or twice. also posted RMSD as promised. if there is any major problem it is because the buyer has caused it.
04/11/2009 19:24 GMT - Seller: sorry if the last message seemed a little out of order, I have had about 2 hours sleep as ive got the flu. if you want a refund on this item then let me know, will have to get the money together will take about a week though. (i dont get paid for another week) or a partial refund, whatever suits you.

So to me there it looks like if I did ask for refund (and got it) it would probably be your money coming back to me.

Interesting point though. Email she gave me to send the money to is different from email replied from on Paypal. One I sent money to is Joallen55 one on paypal is Joallen53

Wonder if I can do a chargeback? See if everyone else can too.

I think if we report her to paypal enough times as said earlier then something may happen. I just called the bank and I can't do a chargeback because the money goes from my account to paypal and then to the person. Not straight to the person. So its not paypal at fault for the bank to do the chargeback in this case.
