Jimmy has been in contact with me via email I have PM most the guys requiring refunds the email he sent which was just really to pass on his email address. Which most of you know but maybe he will answer them now. If I have missed you out please PM me.

Well, I have to say this, a lot of people have been having a pop at someone else since this all kicked of.

I happen to know that three people (one who traveled a bloody long way) were working on this issue over the weekend.

Now we hear that jimmy has indeed contacted someone, true, he should be contacting you all, but its a start.

Well done to those 3, and heres hoping to a quick resolution.

emailed jimmy ... saying i expect FULL payment by saturday.. because hes been promising to pay me personaly now for almost 2 months..

i have the police coming out 2morrow to take another statement (following meetins with my solicitor) and i intend to take jimmy the full way to reclaim my money or a PSP....

there is no way im beleving him now seeing as he keeps appearing sayinmg stuff like "i got the money in my account im gonna pay u 2morrow"

then

"loan clearing in bank now.. should be ready in next 2 days will pay you then"

and now

"i been working 12 hours every day (welcome to the real world) and will pay you all off slowly"

my money was in his bank on the 12th of november

so thats over a quarter of a year... my bank pays interest quarterly.. so could of gained interest on that....

hes also caused the imposition of me having to borrow money to cover what hes took.. this money was borrowed from my nana who is now no longer in the country.. and doesnt use banks (doesnt trust them) so i have to find a way to get it to ehr without losing it in post.. so gotta pay recorded delivery..

better not use royal mail.... everything sent by them recorded goes missing... even with a tracking number..

end of the day i dont trust this muppet anymore.. i stuck up for him when it all started.. and hes screwed me around now..

Prehaps so Viet but feel free take him to court and don't see any money after it's all been seen to. He can then if needed pay a payment plan to you at the price the courts say, Which will be based on income etc with expenses so expect about £2:50 a week. At least this way he's doing something about it and actually showed up again.

Viet the ball is in your court you wanted a result and I got one for everyone but obviously not as greatful as some are.

because he has promised payment befor... remeber..

its lies after lies...

first he sent everythign out..

then he didnt

then he did but some were bricks...

then he disapears.

then comes back and says "i was scammed im doing everything to sort it"

then says "i got a loan from a loan company will pay you within the next week"

then disapears.

and now "i will pay you all off as soon as possible because im working 12 hours a day every day..."

so based upon a 7 day week (iv tried contacting him on sundays and hes been woking so assuming hes working a 7 day week..

at minimum wage his walkout would be around £250... now he works for the rail.. so wont be minimum wage.. and ebcause its so many hours.. some of it will be overtime at a higher rate.. so income will be above £300 a week...

now.. u might be happy waiting around on promises.. but i am no longer going to accept promises..

the police are with me after 1 morrow (working 6-6 2night so ened slep then they coming round) and i intend to give them exactly what they want... if it goes to court.. and everythign else.. i will accept £2.50 if thats what they work out based on his income..

BUT his income is higher than £10,000 a year so would be higher..
