You know what ******** to it. You obviously don't want any help so suit yourself. Also if he goes to court and looks at time he wont have a job will he.
So if anyone still wants help from me regarding this then let me know because im getting a tad ****** off with all the thanks im getting even tho i put myself out to try and sort all this out for you and get your money back even if its a bit a week. i appreciate wat u av done mate because b4 u did all hope was lost tbh, i was going through the police but in all honesty i wasnt expecting anything bk as iwouldnt of got it, i was simplly doing it coz if he was gonna keep my money he may as well get nicked for it
I have told the police to back off while i give jimmy yet again the benifit of the doubt and see if he starts coming up with payments, this WILL be his last chance. If you go to the police and get him nicked then all our chaqnces are out of the window BIG THANKS TO DIABLO FROM ME

hes had enough chances... how long untill something comes up so he cant pay.. hell post it but it will get lost.. he will send us trackjing numbers to track nothing at all.. and worse of all.. its someone elses fault.. like i said.. hes got untill saturday from me... then end of peace James

well fair play to you mate and i understand exactly where ur cuming from but i for one would like to give him this one last chance, not coz i wanna give him another chance i just want to have one last shot at maybe recouping some of the money myself and all the others have lost, he says he gets paid the beg of feb so will be sorting us some money then, whats wrong with giving him these extra few days to maybe try and prove himself, it wont do any harm to your prosecution against him, i too am in contact with the police and have told them the situation and they have asvised me to give him this one last chance coz if they take over the possibilties of us getting any money back is very very slim

dont know what you police are on about m8...
i told mine the situation and they advised me to let them deal with it.. like i say im meeting with them 2morrow.. and will take it from then.. he has had no contct with me for a long time now.. apart from a mass email... so expect contact from him soon or else i care not about the money... just about screwing his life up tbh/.... peace James
