Hello Sarah,

From what I'm aware it will be paid in installments if everyone agree's to do that. From what im aware first payment should be made on the 1st Feb. Best thing to do now is wait and see if payments are recieved. If they are then we know he's being truthful, if he doesn't Jimmy knows i'll be paying him another visit.

thats ok with me,i have like some oher people here gone to the police but have now told them to wait to see if i get any payment first.
if jimmy does pay us then i will gladly tell them it's sorted.

Cool I'll let jimmy know soon as i speak to him.

Once everyone as agreed to a payment plan I think jimmy is sorting out how much per week/month.

met with the police yesterday and they ahve taken my statement...

HOWEVER ... i did tell them the situation and have shown them these posts etc...

ive told them i personaly will go into the station if i want to take ti any further... but for now they are doing checks on him to make sure he is who he says he is...

like viet police have also contacted me as well and have been advised that they will contact me again to take a statement jimmy you know this already as i have told you

i would like to know what sort of amounts he's talking about because to be honest if its gonna be something like a tenner a month then he can take a run and jump, id rather get the police involved then that, i've also decided that if this carries on then i will also contact his bank and let them know he is uses account for fraudulent acts...to be honest im sick of excuses and lies, i have a txt message on my phone where he's telling me only a couple of weeks ago that loan had been approved and just waiting for it to go into account, nothing happened so yet again another lie so im not really sure this latest promise is anything differant...

someone else he fet s*** to and they believed it :S

did same to me and i fell for it every time... hes got untill the 2nd of feb.. because he gave me the 1st fo feb as date he gets pid... so expect ti then or the day after.. if nothing.. police on the 3rd

jimmy told me last night he has recieved his payment from the sale of his car, so now i am awaiting my payment that we agreed , if its not in by 5pm i am calling the police back and pressing charges as i am not going to getting done now for wasteing police time i have been more than fair about this matter
