This is all very nauseating. I imagine that Lin (Faith) and Paul (Diablo) have changed their story about the driver to protect his identity.
That person was me. While I couldnt tell one boa from another Im not a complete beginner when it comes to snakes. I did however ask to be left out of all this business and i drove Paul there as a favour to him when he asked me to.
I have gained nothing but added mileage on my car and feel its time as an observer, to put matters straight. I still have nothing to gain or lose and am not overly interested in Wiis, money or the snakes involved.
Paul and myself drove over to Jimmy's flat the weekend before last and Paul asked him for the cash back for his, Christie's (Athravan) and (i think) Dr Dolittle?s Wiis that werent recieved.
Jimmy stated he didnt have the cash but had goods that could be sold instead. The snakes were suggested and Paul agreed to take them.
I was impartial and didnt get involved in the dealings other than to hand Paul pillow cases to bag the snakes.
The list below is correct apart from the columbian. Jimmy explained it had escaped and was lost somewhere and as such the snake remains somewhere in Jimmy's flat or thereabouts.

Also offered were a laptop (that consequently didnt work and was about 4 years old) and a cheap digital camera. Neither of these had any real monetary value. Jimmy also gave paul 4(?) old Xbox 360 games that would probably raise around £2-4 each on ebay.
Jimmy warned that the larger of the Boas had mites, but mentioned nothing about any of the others and no health inspections were done on the premises.
Jimmy had a very small juvenile royal in the lounge and asked if he could keep it as it was the first snake his parents had bought him (which considering the rest of his collection, their ages and the age of the royal, is doubtful)
Paul said he understood how he would feel in Jimmy's place and said it was fine, Jimmy was welcome to keep the royal.
At no point was Jimmy threatened, touched or in any danger during the visit. I think Paul even gave him cigarettes to smoke.
Jimmy thanked us and said goodbye as we left.
When we returned to Pauls house, we looked over the snakes and I probed them all to determine sexes. It was at this point that the state of the snakes became obvious. Most had retained sheds, eye caps and were looking quite shabby.
The snakes were also riddled with mites. Ive had mites in my collection and Ive seen them on boas in the past but this was ridiculous. They were everywhere and on every animal.
All the snakes were dehydrated and in the case of the rock python it looked emaciated and shrivelled. The hognose had dead pinkies in its faunarium (that had been in there long enough to become dry and hardened).
One of the boas had a problem with its mouth and couldnt close it properly but I didnt investigate that further.
I finally left Pauls house and got home at around 0430 in the morning after spending all night helping to see to the snakes.
Jimmy was left with the columbian boa and the baby royal. Any dealings to do with those 2 snakes has nothing to do with the night we went down to see him.
I dont know what has happened to the snakes since i left Pauls house but I do know they were in no fit condition to be sold in the state they were in. I spent time on the phone the next day with Paul going over some various mite treatments.
Thats it. I hope you can finally see exactly what happened now and any doubt about the snakes has been removed.
Jimmy offered his chinchillas which were left with him as well as vivs and electrical equipment. Had Paul been there to rob Jimmy blind it wouldnt have been hard.
Any questions, dont hesitate to ask. I have nothing to hide but didnt want to be involved with your bickering.
I merely posted because everyone seems to think its suitable to involve themselves.
Took ages to type. Enjoy
