actually online transfers take 3 working days just like cheques so giving till wednesday will be no good as tuesday and wednesday not a working day....

I have had no contact from him since 21st December when he sent this:

It will make me feel better!
I cant see us getting anything back, but I want some kind of justice. This scum has ruined a lot of people's Christmas's and he should pay with either his time or money!!

only just found this post was open :P
didnt hear from him ultill just befor crimbo... then he said he was getting a loan and would pay me soon... i told him its ok... i dnt mind waiting a little while as i had borrowed the cash to sort it... just needed the cash befor the 3rd at 11am ... because the person i borrowed from had to fly home then (my nan) he promised "some" of the cash would be paid in on the 29th Dec... but alas.. nothing paid... i contacted him and said dont worry dude... as long as i get by the 3rd... spoke to him new years day.. and he said he loan cleared the next day so would be paied then.... no transfer... i messaged him saying "need it 2day.. as nan goes back 2morrow" he said "no problem, at work at the minute.. will transfer 2night" this morning ahve checked the bank.. and no ,money... have emssaged him and he is not replying... until now i think ive ben very "helpful" towards him in the way that i ahve given him as much time as he needed.. (allbeit within a time frame) now my nan is on a flgiht back to the isle of man.... she doesnt use banks so i cant transfer the money to her when/if it does ger to me.. so i ahve to post it... not something im looking forward to doing.. given rpyal mails "apparent" losing of just about everything .... iv messaged him again giving him untill 12pm or ill be contacting my solicitor again i emssaged him befor 9am this morning... so he has ahd plenty of time.. will be checking the bank dead on 12... then messaging him.. and if no reply.. ill be in my solicitors office by 1pm this afternoon... and will take him to court and claim because i ahve put myself into debt through his negligence... (even though its family and no interest has occured) and even though its only pence... the money would of gained interest in my bank account... sorry for being irrate.. i know this thread is ment to be kept calm... jsut getting VERY annoyed at all the excuses peace James

i dont see any of us getting anything..i was asked my bank details 21st dec and have never heard from him again, i have sent him several txts but no reply, he does'nt seem to come on here anymore or msn....if it was a case of getting the money fair enough but no reason not to stay in contact...........it will be the police for me soon...
