after a meeting with my solicitor yesterday... i told him i would be able to provide him with jimmys details... i then messaged jimmy again telling him about this.. and asking him for his details wich he would not provide... i then told him if he continued to ignor my messages i have his bank details and there are numberous details about his chinchilla rescue.. that somehow my solicitor would be able to obtain his adress etc...
he messaged me this morning saying "sorry i had no credit to reply, i will go down to the bank 2day and see about an overdraft whilst the loan is clearing" so gonna give him till the end of the week... then gonna go back to my solicitor with the rest of his details... peace James

just rang my bank and jimmy what a surprise no answer from jimmy no replys to txts what a tosser just spoke to bank no money has been or is being transfered to my account and nothing has for over 10 days so he has lied again left jimmy a message and thats my final time of trying i will be going down there over weekend and will pay the thief a little visit
