over the past few days.. since the meeting with my solicitor... i have spoken to jimmy.. and he assures me there is a loan clearing in his bank account... this has been clearing in there since the 1st .. so gonna give 3-5 working days(7th) and then he has that day to put the cash INTO my account.. otherwise his bank details along with his chinchilla recue details etc.. will be passed onto my solicitor.. so he can obtain his adress etc...

i txted him today telling him i would like to give him 1 last chance to atleast contact me before police were going to be involved, he txted back and assured me a loan had been approved so he could pay back everyone and that he was just waiting for it to clear..so im the same will give it a few more days......

its ok... i now have his full adress and post code... so if nothign comes of it (giving untill wednes daya fetr obtaining some mroe information about loan clearing) i will be giving them to my solicitor

I've decided that people on the forums are either
A- Can't read (which we obviously know this isnt true otherwise they wouldnt be on here)
B- Lazy (most likely the case)
or
C- just plain stupid!

Will you STOP posting in here if you're NOT involved in this issue?
All you seem to be doing is working up the members who are involved, which if you ask me isn't going to get you anywhere! Any more people who post in here and aren't involved will receive warnings.

I honestly hope these people get their money back or a wii! And people will probably start claiming that im protecting jimmy when he's in the wrong! but i have no control over his giving you money or a wii back! But i can keep this issue from going into full out arguments and swearing on here! So that is what im going to do! One of us mods have once again had to remove posts from the people trying to cause even more trouble!
