thats bad, £28 is like a slap in the face, either he is a clown and trying to be funny or is basically telling you to do one, keep hassling him mate (i no you will) and i hope you get the lot back, you should get extra for all the inconvience he has put you through,

Still have no refund. Have called him nearly every morning, hasn't answered the phone once, but I've left a message every time. No response.

I rang him this morning and left yet another message, informing him that he has until 24th march to give me my money back (legally he's entitled to 30days from cancellation) or I will be going to small claims court.

Read on here somewhere that small claims court can be inneffective at getting money back
But I wouldn't know how to go about getting a debt collector
