I got a viv stack off him, good bit of kit even though i had to wait a while for it.

To be fair, the stack we had was alright, pooly packed though, so dinked by the carriers (not all his fault I know), but it was the lack of light and heat fittings that I paid him for, and his sudden stop of communication.

However, he just dropped off the face of the planet, and took everyones money with him...

He has 6 days left(until sept 18th) to pay me back my money (plus interest, court fees, etc), as he's had over 6 weeks since the summons was served, I don't hold out much hope.

if the money doesn't come then the court date has been set as Sept 24th.

So, almost 11months after paying a deposit for a viv.

He completely ignored the summons, and now I have a decree to be enforced.

But because he's several hundred miles away I need to get back in touch with the court to get the details of the equivalent of the Sheriffs Officers down there.
