What if he sent it good and you have broke it and are claiming it was faulty? Just playing devils advocate....

Ok so this guy has not got back to me at all so here it is:

Is the item I bought from PAWEL A.K.A ANIMALSMARKET

When I recieved these I unpacked them and tried them in my laptop.
The 2gb worked no problem but the 4gb wasn't recognised at all, I then tried them both in my main computer and the same and then the same in my photo printer.

I contacted Pawel and he said "they are new they must work!"
My response was "But they don't can I get a refund and I'll send the card back to you."
He said"sorry but they were new in the packaging, they can'y be broken!"

Since them he has been online several times and has ignored my PM's

If he sends back the broken/non-working one for you to see its not working then you surely will provide a refund.

I did offer to send back the memory card for a refund!!
