Default Second hand viv - would people buy black?

People seem to always buy light wood effect vivs - but never darker colours - we are worried that when the time comes (when we need to sell) that we wont be able to (beacuse they are black(black ash)?)

I don't really like black ash, went through that phase in the early 90s lol.
But then again, I liked beech for the last few years and now weve just forked out on a complete bedroom set in dark wood.
Times change, but people will always have different tastes so you wont need to worry.
Personally, for vivs, mine have been built into the floor and are made to look like a wall from the back with modern black wallpaper and funky lights on (It's a room divider between the dining room and lounge and you can only see the vivs from the dining room)
