anybody else been ripped off!!!!
i thought the forum was for helping people out.was offered a heat mat off of a certain "crafty" person on here.paid them upfront but no show and no contact even seen them online.have had to open a dispute on paypal to get my money back!doesnt really help does it!

i am very close to starting a dispute myself with a member on here i have been waiting 2 weeks on tuesday for it and i am losing patiance very annoying

Paul... might be worth cancelling the Paypal dispute. A heat mat won't be that expensive but i'm pretty sure Paypal take a £15 admin fee for every dispute. You might get your £x back but i'll cost you more for the dispute to be settled.

It might be Ebay who charge it and Paypal don't give you the delivery charge back. When i was doing it i know i couldn't do an Ebay dispute as the time limit is shorter than Paypal's....
