Best CHE option IMO
| Installation and Operation |
Easy to install and simple to operate (pretty standard in this instance)
|
| Performance vs. Expectations |
Although the product perhaps isnt the best looking of its kind, but for performance I would say its top, not only does it hold the heat well but I have never experienced faults with this product where as most other CHE's fall down in terms of fault and durability.

| Value for money |
Definately good value, excellent product at a reasonable price
|
| Customer Support |
I have not yet dealt with the company, so far I have not had the need
|
| Liked about it |
1. durability - never experienced a fault
2. value - worht the money
3. performance - holds heat very well
|
| Didn't like |
the only thing I dont like about the product is the look, mainly due to the shape and colour, but ultimately it does the job so look is fairly irrelevant

Great ceramic
| Installation and Operation |
I've currently got one of these for my tegu had it a few months and it's been great. very easy to install just screws in like any normal bulb. would advise a bulb guard and thermostat to prevent burning your animal and overheating

Does the job!
| Installation and Operation |
Screw into a ceramic bulb holder and go. Very simple!
|
| Performance vs. Expectations |
Performs well and as good as any other brand. Mine has lasted a while and shows no signs of fault therefore it does as performed. It can also heat a pretty large area nicely like a 4x2.
|
| Value for money |
No more expensive than any other brand. I find ceramics expensive in general however they do last longer than normal bulbs. I try and get the cheapest one possible or the quickest one depending on my need.
|
| Liked about it |
1. Long lasting and reliable.
2. Heats up an area quickly.
3. Very accurate when used with a thermostat.
|
| Didn't like |
1. Ceramics in general can be expensive.

Really not worth the money
| Installation and Operation |
Installation and operation same as any other ceramic bulb, no problems on that front, screw it in and switch it on.
|
| Performance vs. Expectations |
Had 2 of these both lasted for less than 2 months, really not what I would expect from a branded (not cheap) ceramic bulb
|
| Value for money |
Very bad value for money as they didn't last, have switched to a much cheaper brand that lasts much longer.
|
| Customer Support |
Haven't dealt directly with the manufacturer, although the shop I bought them from, exchanged / replaced both bulbs that blew.
|
| Liked about it |
The only good thing about this product is that you can see the base go dark with a low orange glow when its hot. Makes it easy to see that its still working, or not as the case may be.
|
| Didn't like |
Didn't like the fact that it lasted less than 2 months, and certainly wasn't cheap.
