Installation and Operation	Helpful instructions but easily installed. minimal packaging plug and go. great heater. product provides ideal amount for my beardies. long enough aswell for my big viv. would by several never let me down yet..touch wood
Performance vs. Expectations	Performs to manufactures guarantee. brilliant product for those winter nights and summer seeing as we dont get alot here in sunny cornwall
Value for money	great value some can be pricey but this one was perfect

Liked about it	the length. usually mats are so short and small this one covered the ground i wanted to without compromising on space for other viv bits
Didn't like	nothing to mention again great product

Installation and Operation	they are pretty straight forward to install you just simply plug it in and it works, however if you require the wire to go through a hole you would need to remove the plug on the end of it route the cable through and then put the socket back onto the end and plug in where required
Performance vs. Expectations	this product works very well and is ideal for people who use ruds for breeding leopard geckos. because these strips come in many sizes and are very ideal for reaching over a long shelf of some sort for hatchling leos or even adults.
Value for money	they are very good for money because multiple enclosures can be heated at a time.

Liked about it	easy to install can heat more than one rud if required are great for leopard gecko breeders
Didn't like	having to take the plug of them all the time to route them through a hole

Installation and Operation	Easy to install simply plug in and place where you want it. However if you need to pass the wire through a hole or the roof of your tank you will need to remove the plug from the end.
Performance vs. Expectations	The fact you need to remove the plug. Prehaps a new method could be used to detatch it from plug and pass through the whole which doesnt involve removing screws.
Value for money	Pretty good. Definately the cheapest product to heat your tank with.

Installation and Operation	A simple plug in and go heat mat. It can be used with a therostat if needed but they do not get too hot to touch, just right for reptiles.
Performance vs. Expectations	Performs as expected.
Value for money	The price is perfectly reasonable. The product is high quality and will last for many years if treated properly. I have had a couple for 6 years and they were 2nd hand in the first place, still going strong.
Customer Support	Have not.

Liked about it	- Can be used for large vivs or racks to heat just one end to give a good range of temperatures. - Easy to attach to most surfaces with selotape. Or it can just lay flat on the bottom of a vivarium hidden by substrate. - Even if you are using with a thermostat and it breaks, these mats will not get hot enough to harm your reptile.
Didn't like	The only thing i would change about this product would be to make it a few degrees hotter. This would allow it to perform much better on a stat giving a greater variation between hot and cool ends of a tank or several tubs.
