Installation and Operation	The heater guard is very easy to install but may require the installer to source their own screws as it screws to the uderside of the vivarium sitting over the heater to prevent the inhabitant from burning itself.
Performance vs. Expectations	The guard does exactly what it is described to do, it forms a box around the heating element (ceramic/heat bulb) GUARDING the animal from getting too close to the heat and burning themselves on the heater.
Value for money	YES! Just spending a few pounds on a guard will save you the cost of a large vet bill which may occur if the animal was to get burnt.
Customer Support	No I have not dealt with the company as I have not needed to, the guards which I have had experience with have not failed me yet!

Liked about it	- Makes using ceramic and heat bulbs SAFE! - Reliable and extremely durable - Simple to install and does the job!
Didn't like	The only thing I can think of which acts as a negative would be having to screw into the top of the vivarium to secure the guard, with this in mind however, I cannot think of another option of fitting the guard securely.
