Performance vs. Expectations	durable and efficient but absolutely no use as an actual "breeding box". I have used these for a few tarantula species, temporarily housing baby geckos or snakes and for transporting animals. These came up trumps for me when I was housing a very fast selenobrachys species tarantula... those nifty side hatches made feeding a lot less scary!
Value for money	Very good.
Customer Support	Hagen are usually very helpful should you need them.

Liked about it	Fairly solid, small ventilation holes so nice and escape proof. Easy to clean I do like the idea of the little hatches on the sides.
Didn't like	Far too small to be used for breeding almost anything in. I think the name of this product is misleading. They'd be much better marketed as 'hatchling' or perhaps 'baby boxes'

Installation and Operation	This product is very easy to assemble, simply click on the lid and it is ready to go! i prefer this product tothe standard faunarium as it is sturdier and the ventilation holes are closer together which makes it ideal for housing smaller specied of geckos and inverts without fear of them escaping. it has an easy access point in the lid that is secure, and 2 small access points in either side for feeding/spraying etc. overall for the money i like this product.
Performance vs. Expectations	this product does what it is meant to, it works as either temporary or permanent housing depending on the species.
Value for money	price wise this product is reasonable, there are cheaper alternatives out there but you pay for the quality.
Customer Support	n/a

Liked about it	easy to clean and assemble easy access sturdy and attractive
Didn't like	i would like to see more sizes available.

Installation and Operation	Apart from clipping the lid down there isn't any installation required. The maintanence level is absolutely zero unless being used to keep an animal in.
Performance vs. Expectations	This item is so handy to have as they can be used for all sorts of things such as housing an animal temporarily, secure carry cases when moving an animal or even for bathing an animal.
Value for money	Good value for money although cheaper alternatives are availabl. Cheaper alternative may not prove to be as top quality, secure or durable as this item.

Liked about it	- Very durable - Very secure - Multiple access points for maximum and minimal access.
Didn't like	- Shouldn't be used with any other heating set up other than a heat mat on a thermostat. - If dropped plastic will break. - Doesn't hold high temperatures if used for permenant accommodation as well as other permenant options.

Installation and Operation	brilliantly easy to use and couldnt be easier
Performance vs. Expectations	performs as said brilliant little side hatches very good idea. not really for breeding in but can be used to house many baby snakes and tarantula species. I found them very usefull for keeping baby rainbow boas in as she had eleven so it was really good to have something to keep them in that could stack and provide easy access
Value for money	if you shop around i beleave very good for money
Customer Support	hagen are brilliant very easy to deal with and very helpfull

Liked about it	loved the little side hatches for easy feeding very secure as long as you make sure the clips are all clipped into properly
Didn't like	shouldnt be called breeding boxs as not big enough to breed in but can be used for keeping small snakes
