Ok, i love spiders that are a little different from Tarantulas, so when you see these you think "ohhh something different", and yes for the best part they are very different, as there hairless, and they make beautiful burrows with a 'trapdoor' that hides the spider very well. But this is where the problem comes from really, as with these it can feel like owning a tub of mud. You do get to see them now and then at feeding times but not enough to really warrant buying one of these as them jumping out and grabbing a cricket at lightning speed is amazing to watch, but after that's it. I would leave this one to the people that love trapdoors! But if you don't mind having a tub of mud as a pet then care is easy. Use at least 6 inches of soil and allow it to dry out, and just spray the enclosure once a week. It's said that these are aggressive, but with any of mine i've never really noticed it, but i guess to get any kind of reaction out of it you'll need to prod your finger down it's trapdoor, which i wouldn't do!
