Installation and Operation	I've used these light tubes for many years now, however i have now upgraded to combi bulbs. However, these are a cheap, essential bit of kit that all keepers need. I used to use these in all my vivs and never had a problem. The only real issue is the useful UV output tends to die off at about 5 months. So it is essential to replace these at least once every 6 months, as after that they are useless. It is important to remember that you do need a UV starter unit in order to light these tubes.
Performance vs. Expectations	The product does what it does. It provides a UV output, however it is only a low out put, so this is not useful for animals that need a high level of UV.
Value for money	These are on of the cheaper bulbs available on the market and I think they are graet value for money.

Liked about it	The product is good value for money, easy to install and provides a usefull low leve UV output.
Didn't like	My only negative for this product is regarding the UV output. The UV output wavers per tube, sometimes the useful life of the tube is 6-7 months whereas others may only last 4. In addition the range of useful UV output drops off quickly compared to some other tubes.

Installation and Operation	Couldn't get much easier to install this product, simply plug both ends into your starter unit and switch on, bingo. Instructions aren't really needed for this item. no maintainence and no need to operate, it is connected to a controller which you switch off overnight.
Performance vs. Expectations	The item is said to last at least 12 months, it does that, and sometimes more.
Value for money	I paid £11 i think for the 20W size, and to me, £11 per year to keep your Herp's happy,healthy and active, is a very good price to pay. There are other option, as ever when it comes to Reptiles, but i have never and probably will never try them.
Customer Support	I've not had to deal with this company, as i have had no faults.

Liked about it	Tiny packaging, no fuss. Very cheap price to pay for what the product does Last's a year, which is what it claims to do
Didn't like	Maybe they could drop the price by a couple of quid, but its nothing that bothers me, very reasonably priced items.

Installation and Operation	These bulbs are very easy to install, just need something like an arcadia light controller and thats it. The bulbs normally last over a year and require no maintenance.
Performance vs. Expectations	The product performs exactly as advertised. It is brilliant for tropical terrariums/vivariums where quite a high UVB output is needed. It provides all necessary UVB rays for optimum calcium metabolism and also stimulates feeding and reproductive behaivour through UVA rays. When i put my day geckos together for the first time under these hoping they would mate over the summer, i was surprised when it took them about 5 minutes lol.
Value for money	They are great value for money. A good qualaity product that needs nothing changed.
Customer Support	Exo-terra are a brilliant source of high quality reptile products. Although some of their products are quite pricey i have never used one which is not designed to perfection and operate exactly as it should.

Liked about it	- Perfect amounts of UVA/UVB rays for a healthy tropical terrarium. - Fully illuminates the terrarium to give full view of your animals.
Didn't like	No complaints however it is slightly annoying when they go in under 6 months.
