hi i found a ferret the other night he has since been reunited with his owners i had never thought of these as a pet before but was suprised how quickly i took to him and so now i'm on the lookout for one of my own if anyone has one cheers

hi ferrets are awesome pets but they should be kept in pairs or more not on there own so be on the lookout for 2 good luck

Lol I agree with EmmaJ. 3 really is the magic number. means you can take one ouf for a bathe or anything else and the other 2 are company for one another.

Ferrets make wonderful pets...I keep 19 in a large shed in my garden and its always a pleasure to go in and play with them or just sit and watch the comical antics they get up to...theres never a dull moment in a ferrets life..any excuse for a bit fun and mischevious adventure. Ferrets are gregarious creatures and do better kept in pairs for company...and are more entertaining to watch if there's two of them.

still looking and in the meantime any advice greatfully received

my advice..... prepare yourself for some serious entertainment!
