hi not telling u wat to do or anthing but why not try a dog rescue center they have hundreds of dogs for rehoming and ud only pay £50 pounds or so

i will have to post some pics of him and my pom together once they have settled together my pom is very playfull and sounds like lenny is too so im sure they will like each other pom just seems to not like men at the moment but plays with everything else
