try goooooooooooooogle lol they will list all sorts of things like that also depending on how far you will travel. preloved...adtrader.....friday ad these all have them in at the moment. hope this helps.

i havetried it and most want £600 plusbut just missed out on a private breeder on adtrader who had sold 3 at £300 each

greys are typically around 600/700 each,one breeder near me wants 650 for one yet a pet shop wants 795.
tbh if they are going cheap i would be worried that there might be something wrong with it ie behaviour/illness.

Is it hand reard. Try a parrot forum like Parrotlinks i know a lot of breeders on there are charging £500

Most hand reared African Greys from a private breeder will sell for around £550.

Pet shops will be anything from £600 upwards. If your on a shop waiting list & its only £500 I would suggest you check to see if its hand reared or if it might actually be a Timneh Grey which are smaller & cheaper.

As well as Parrotlinks there is another good website for Parrots, birdtrek.co.uk - Home. You can place wanted adverts on both of those sites.

Buying from a breeder is often better as you can sometimes visit the babies & watch them grow, whereas in a pet shop you don't know the history of its upbringing or how it was cared for.
