Default Baby chipmunk!

Hi, I woke up this morning and found a baby chipmunk in my chipmunk enclosure. Just wondered if anybody would be interested in it when it is ready for sale?

Will it be hand tame? Or are u letting the mum rear it on her own? Round here hand reard babies go at 10 weeks and are £25....so i would imagine a parent reared would be £10-15 approx.....

From experience if u could hand rear it as well as letting mum rear it, you will end up with a very socialised and happy little chippie!!

My chippie, Brian is more than happy to sit in my hands eating, sit on my shoulders and this also makes letting them out the cage a lot easier as they are easier to catch as they already tryst humans.....

Hope that helps!!

Default Thanks

Thanks for that. This is my pairs third litter so i think i might be able to tame when he gets a bit older but it is still best for them to stay with mother for a few weeks so it gets the boster calcium in the milk. Could sell with set up if any one is interested. PM me please

Unhappy Sorry

The chipmunk is no longer for sale due to its death last night. It is very sad to loose him but i hope to get some new females so in the future they can breed.

Sorry
