Default Home needed for 8-10mth Weimeraner\Choc lab bitch Manchester

A friend of mine is trying to rehome her dog, she is 8-10 months old and is a cross Weimeraner Chocolate Labrador. Her name is Purdy.
She is fantastic with other dogs and children and is house trained.

I am not too sure at this stage whether she is neutered or not. (She hasn't got back to me with exact details on her yet - but I wanted to get it online to conjure up some interest)
I would imagine that she is fully up to date with her jabs - she would have had them when she was a pup.

My freind is extremely heart broken (she is used to rescuing dogs - not giving them away) to have to part with Purdy, but she is proving too much for her other dog, Moose. He has been diagnosed with arthritus and has been very poorly recently, and Purdy is just too much for him to cope with. She has been keeping them seperated most of the time with baby gates, which isn't fair.

I told her to contact Weimaraner rescue (she is more like a Weim than a lab) and they - quite rudley - told her that as Purdy is a crossbreed there is nothing she can do.
She is registered with a local shelter, but Lisa doesn't want her in a dogs home.

I will put some photo's up very soon of her.

You can ask me any questions you want, or PM me and I will give you my freinds contact details.

Lisa is based in Ashton-under-lyne, Lancashire. Not far from Manchester. She is willing to travel with Purdy if it isn't conveinent for you to get to her.

All people will be carefully vetted, so please don't be offended if you get asked lots of questions.

I am not 100% sure whether she is asking for any money for her yet. I will confirm.

Thanks.

Thanks for posting Snake Charmer. In my opinion if your house it big enough for you, it's big enough for a dog. She isn't a giant breed, classed as large, but she isn't huge.
As long as she gets out of the house atleast 2-3 times a day, for a decent walk/run, it really doesn't matter how big or small your house is.

I did yes but 1 of them wasnt happy here so she is with my friend down the road from me and i usually see her every other day when she comes out dog walking with me

wasnt fair to keep her here when she wasnt happy and my mate was more than willing to keep her there with her

she goes on holiday every few months lol and lives the life of riley causing chaos with her new partner in crime chunk the GSD LOL
