I have two female Salt and Pepper APH left for sale from a chocolate x albino mating, now around 7/8 weeks old, big and chunky already! They are eating Go Cat Chicken Dry cat food and Mealworms, either live or dried, they have been weaned off wet cat food and do not really need this any longer. They've been seperated from mum.

They are a bit huffy, they're good as gold for me, never huff up, although on a downside have a habit of trying to suck my fingers because they think I'm mum (and they have teeth now so not as cute as 4 weeks ago.. they only do this to me though!) but huff and ball up at my husband, they do get used to different people and different scents, you may see me handle the hedgehog and it's fully out and quite happy and you pick it up and it balls up - this does not mean it's angry/unhappy, it just doesn't know you yet! I do advise all people purchasing a first hedgehog be aware of this and give at least 2-3 weeks of regular handling, so patience is required. Sometimes people do get upset/frustrated or don't realise this so I thought I would mention it!

These are £125 each. Both parents are registered but do not have long lineage unfortunately. Mum only has one generation and dad has none. They are however totally unrelated as far as I'm aware as they came from different lengths of the country. This is the 3rd clutch from mum and all babies have been healthy and happy.

I can deliver locally (south wales), anywhere along the M4, or M25 north, or locally in Essex on Sunday 21st, or up the M5 as far as Birmingham on the 24th.

In early 2009 I will be breeding albino x het albino and hopefully will have some visuals, and will be breeding 2 chocolate females next spring, and then albino x albino in the summer next year, but will not have any more babies available in 2008 now.
