seeing if anyone would be interested
Hi we have some chinchillas some wilson whites and some black velvets we are hoping to breed them but was wondering if anyone would be interested..
I can post s few pics up later of parents but really need to see if theres a market for them?

Do you have the background of these chins ie a pedigree? If they are from a pet shop they shouldn't be bred from.
At the moment there are mountains of chins looking for new homes as a lot of people have just got hold of two chins and put them together with no thought of welfare. So there are loads of chins out there in rescues and with the people who bred them thinking they would make money. In fact it has got so bad many of the rescues have had to shut their doors as they have run out of room.

Hi thanks for your concern these are show stock purchased from a good breeder I have posted this thread to see how many would be interested before we breed them. I have much response so please don't post unless interested in purchase as that is what my thread is for.
These are from a very good line of show stock and thanks for all the interest please keep it coming anyone that just wants to add there 2 penny please start your own thread or I will get the mods involved. I will post pics on this thread soon.

recently lost my female
hiya i would be interested depending on price on a female black , a month ago i lost my female so now my male sulks cos he has noone to cuddle up to ! any pics ? what prices are you looking at ?

all black velvets would be about £45 these are a long way off yet as just paired up. However sign up as a friend and keep in contact when they are ready they will be on 1st come service or deposits when born but not untill as they will be black velvets and greys and beige.........

From wilson white and black velvet you won't get beiges. You will get standards, wilson whites, black velvets and black white crosses.

also dont forget about the lethal gene factor that occurs when breeding velvets to velvets or whites to whites. genetics is fun!
