Default They even shaved his furry plums!!

Poor Alfie had to have emergency surgery the other day.

The vets aren't sure what happened but his intestines were bunched up.

Anyway here he is on the road to recovery....my wallet may take a bit longer to recover

Poor guy, hope he is better soon, (very scary) think they are prone to problems with their stomachs ie bloat and things. How old is he??

Hi Jo

he is 1 at the end of this month.

He has been in overnight before...stomach related. They thought he had bloat that time, but thankfully he didn't.

He's really recovery nicely...though he is back to the vets on wednesday to be checked over.

Bless him!!

Roger

Hes a similar age to Louis, he one and a bit.

Before Louis we had arnold but we lost him at 5 due to severe epilepsy

i said i would not have another but after a couple of months the house was WAY to empty without so along came louis.

they are great dogs and I hope he gets better soon
