Please can we get it clear that just because a cat wears a collar it does NOT mean it belongs to someone.We have loads of strays brought in wearing a collar some very posh ones and its not often that they are claimed. What good is a collar without an ID disk. To improve chances of reuniting a cat with its owner everyone who owns a cat should have it ID Chipped

nout wrong with collars if mine didnt have it on them poor birds wouldnt have a bloomin chance in hell! but hes always in the lazy moose

Not saying anything is wrong with collars, but it doesnt mean the cat has an owner just because it wears one.

why not try putting your mobile number on a cheap tag to put on her collar that way if she has a home they will call you and you could see if they will let you have her if there not looking after her

Thats why I said its best to get it checked for amicrochip, but I suppose I was jumping to assumptions lol

it had fleees and the skin was scabby..i was worried about the cat giving fleees to my other cats so going off the advice i got from here qwote ",it wont matter if it has an extra dose" so i frontlined it with 1 dose on the back of the neck.sure when it comes round i could spray it will water so it stops coming round but what if im the only one thats feeding it?
i havent taken its colla off yet.like my dad said "its not your cat" so at the min im still feeding it but thats about it.i got a feeling it lives a few houses up.it comes in to my porch to sleep but wont come in the house cause of my other cats.Big tom will tolerate it in the porch but if it goes in the house tom chases it off,its a female by the way..is there any way of knowing if its been newted?even if it hasnt my cats have so it wont matter,,
