Default New Guinea Piggie!

hi everyone!
i just got back from the pet shop with a lovely new guinea pig! Her name is Coco and she is 3 months old. Bit crappy mobile phone pic.

she is lovely it must be the day for guinea pigs i also went to pet shop and came home with a 3 month old girl called ruby

lol. there were all these people buying guinea pigs in the shop. its not like a family owned shop its a proper company shop. all the animals are well looked after. it was unfortunate that they told me to get two but from past experience i know that having one works better than having two. when i got my first guinea 12 years ago the pet shop told us to get another one, we did, one week later we found one torn open guinea pig in the hutch. so im gonna stick with only one

well im same as pet shop as i think also that they should be kept in pairs. i think you were just unlucky last time as you probably had 2 males as ive heard they will fight till death but all girls are fine
