Boxers are known as the clowns of the dog world!
I'd recommend getting another sarah. Nothing beats having socks fought over, double drooling, fighting for space on the bed, running after 2 disobedient dogs rather than 1....the list goes on!
The guy my two are from runs a self funded rescue centre for boxers, he has 27 in a 2 bedroom detached house , luckily he has a bit of land too!

i would love a pure white boxer though no one ever seems to have any,but i must say i do like your barney .
do you think it would be best to get another male or a female(ours isnt done yet)

Depends what you are wanting to do. With the legislation banning tail docking, sales in boxer pups has fallen. For some reason people think they are born with no tail ffs, not many want one with a full tail.
If you get a male then i'd recommend getting the 2nd nuetered. Bruce my red is very dominant, barney was already neutered so there was no issue over marking territory etc. Yeah its like hell on earth at times when they get going and my garden has never been the same! Saying that i wouldn't have it any other way.
Im also thinking of a 3rd, been offered a white called marley, refused as he is too hyper and very disobedient, would be a nightmare with my two already. If you do decide to go for a white, which are out there, be sure to get its hearing checked as they are very prone to deafness. Im waiting til my house move before i decide for certain.

Awww there lovely, i used to have a white boxer but i had to sell him about 4 years ago because we had to move i deffinately will be getting another at some point!!

well i was thinking of getting my male done anyhow and wasnt sure which sex to get.
and i dont mind one with a tail(bruno has no tail)at all think it makes them look different,i have also read up on the white boxer and know they can be prone to deafness and that but i would still get it checked out.
if you dont mind me asking what sort of re homing fee is there as a guide as i really dont think i would like a puppy would rather give a home to a rescue(bruno was sort of a rescue)
