Default Tropidolaemus laticinctus

Does anybody know if these are kept in captivity, as although they are a relatively new species to science, they were mis-identified for some time.

He Rikki.

(I just hop in to this forum so my answer is a little late....)

As far as I know there must be some people in Europe or USA who have this specie in captivety. Who they are I dont know but I think in Germany there must be one or two of those guys. At the moment there is an article to come from some German scientists who are studying the Tropidolaemus complex. The article from Kuch in Zootaxa 1446 you know already I think?
The first open discussion on this specie opened after Ruud de lang and Gernot Vogel publiced "Snakes of Sulawesi" Chimaira 2005, so I think there must be some herping people who have already had a sertain kind of Hollyday in the north of Sulawesi...

Greetings,

Dick Visser.
