Default What security would i need to meet, in order to get a dwa for a caiman ?

In terms of making the room escape proof etc.

Contact Council....the room would HAVE to be escape proof

i dont no much, but the animals enclosure needs to be secure enough to keep the animal in and untrained/ non licence holders out.

padlocks, laminated glass, very secure construction etc etc etc.

my council dont give advice, if you really want dwa you have to know exactly what the animal will require to be safely kept in your home then when you have the setup, council and vet will come and inspect to see if the setup is satisfactory

surely you've asked enough questions in here now to know it's all down to your council, even if someone could post you a step by step "build your own caiman enclosure" guide it'd only be good for the council that granted that persons licence. Your council are the people who have the final say, direct this kind of question their way.

go to your local council its the only way to know what you need as they are the ones that set the rules on it
