Default Fact or fiction

Another post on my YouTube site. Any comments on the validity of his story before I respond? I'm more irrated by the fact he thinks I don't know my geography or have ever been in the UK or even seen the Thames. Not all Americans are stupid, just most of them ..."Muffdaddy2" is a fine example from that group.

Cheers!

Al

I am not going to scream abuse....but, i do believe that people should not be allowed to keep any poisonous or dangerous snakes in their homes, you only have to think about the idiots that are about to realise its the wrong thing to do, two teenagers fished a box out of the Thames ( river in England )one day, opened it up...... and inside was a very active rattlesnake, they were extremely lucky not to have been bitten.

I've done a search on yahoo and cannot find anything, sounds like a bit of a tall story to me, but I'll keep looking (lunch time, bored ...)

I have never heard of that & it sounds highly unlikely that:

Someone would dump one in the thames
That it would survive long enough to be 'fished out'
That someone would want to fish a random box out of the thames lol

Maybe ask him where he got that information from? It was probably his friend's mum's second brother in law's mate who spoke to dave down the pub.

Then again i could be wrong, its not like i know all of the news really, i just think it sounds crazy.

I would have thought if true that the snakes in the box the pollution in the river would have killed them secondly to the cold..........

Al,

I'm sorry we (in the UK) have half wits as you do in the USA and every other country does. We should suggest that they are sterilised so they cannot breed!

Like others I've "googled" the alleged story and it doesnt come up with anything.

This person obviously is clueless as I'm not ware of any snake which is poisonous, there again I've not tried to eat one!!!

More people are injured or killed by crazed dangerous dogs kept by muscle heads than are put at risk by mature adults keeping legal venomous species.

Anyway thats my thought on this!!!!

about time it went the other way.

Who ever has said that to you has been sat next to an open can of nitrous oxide....
