hi guys does any one no any one who has been bitten by a dwa in the uk and what happend,i live in cornwall always wanted know do they always keep anti vemmen wb Dan

An old friend of mine, Frank Schofield, was bitten by a diamondback rattler. Went to the local A & E, when they finally believed that he had been bitten, first q was "is it poisonous"!!! I kid you not. Then told to sit and wait for the venom to take effect. Ended up losing a finger. Really illustrates the need to educate your nearest hospital if you have hots. I had a very nasty bite from a hognose, they weren't much better at treating that!

wow thats abit worying if they dont know what a rattle snake can do to you? so is that all they did kept a eye on your m8 wb DAN thx for wb

from reading on here it is only liverpool, london and some of the larger zoos that stock anti-venom....

still if people are doing it right then there should be no need, how ever i know accidents can happen, thats why i stick to frogs and chams. im to clumbsy lol
