immunisation, repeated past bites and venom consumption. Not a recommended way to survive a snake bite. Have read several things, and even a documentary or two on this subject. Also a certain infamous "cobraman" of who immunises in a similar way, injections rather than eating though.

Interesting stuff, I prefer the "try not to get bitten" route myself.

Not an easy thing to prove/disprove. Obvioulsy the majority of people who get bitten do suffer, and few people get bitten often enough to notice an effect like this, nor artificially dose themselves with venom.

I think the guy is just a nutter, I dont see how it can happen, I have seen Rays pics of his hand after bites, and he self immunises, I dont see how he can even believe that its will power, an envenomation from a cobra is gonna do serious tissue damage around the bite area, and its gonna have an effect on his respiritory system no matter how much he believes its not.

i agree mate but it probably wasnt an envenomation at all
