Have you tried the local Lidls store..... mine in Glenrothes still has the Tronic in/out digital thermometers at £2.99...

Shows the time..the in temp and the out temp (probe) at the same time and stores the max/min readings for them since the last time you reset them.

Hopefully there is a Lidls in Falkirk...
