Default URGENTLY NEEDED Today! 150w Bulb

Hey,

I need a 150watt Bayonet (sp) Pop in bulb ...

None of my local reptile shops have one, DIY stores only have 100's & its just not getting hot enough....

I NEEEEEEED one!!!

Anyone around my area have a spare one by any chance???

B and Q, they are £1.08 for two 100 watts, ive found in the past that 100 watts can give off up to 125 degrees.


Whats it for by the way?

All 3 Rep shops around by me dont have them... They only have screw ins.

Think i have sorted the problem.....

I have a 100w, its on full pelt.. I moved the prob to where the basking spot is & its reaching the temp i need But with the bulb moved lower to the rock.

So now not so urgent but i still would rather have a 150w so the light doesnt have to be so low.

I was considering a Ceramic as suggested to me last night, But i dont know much about them....

Are they the same just screw in & ur away? Or do they need reflectors etc?

home bargains do an osram 150w. about £1. stock up, save a fortune instead of paying £5 a pop from a rep shop.

you con get a converter to change fitting from bayonet to screw that way can by bulbs from most shops with ease

indeed they only cost about £3.00 and they open up the option of using loads of different bulbs. with many different benefits
