what sort of hybrids would you get if you managed to mate it successfully with the sharp sand or builders sand , Any idea of the het's???

Dont go near sharp sand, you need a DWS (Dangerous Wild Sand) license for that.

And builders sand is no good if you have kids in the house, as it goes around with its a**e hanging out all the time.
