Default travel heat

Hi Guys i am planning on moving my snake on over a 3 hour drive, i was wondering how you keep your herps warm in the car? any good products or tips? Thanks for your help. sam

Simply turn the heaters on

A few hours at a lower temp shouldnt do any harm

Echo that. Have travelled snakes for 10+ hours with just the car heater with no adverse effects. Be aware though that footwells can get a lot closer than you might think.

hot water bottles and car heater is how ive always done it - ooh and wrap the hot water bottle with newspaper or towel

you won't really need much extra heat for 3 hours. Just treat it as night time, if its cold in the car you'll have the heating on and if its warm you won't need to worry anyway.

yeah ditto that just wrap them up. poly box with some newspaper or other insulation . but they will be fine in the car for that length of time. i know someone who did that all the way to slovakia and the royals were fine
