Default exo terra ceramic bulbs

i brought a 150w exo terra ceramic bulb from a pet shop neaby me and after a couple of days with it on in my exo terra viv it just packed up and i noticed that it at the screw end it had bent. i did not bend it and it was fine before i turned it on so i sent it back and they swapped it for another one and now the exact same has happend. has anyone else had this problem with exo terra bulbs. thanks
