Hi, we need to replace the vents on our viv, but it is an Aqua Stands viv with the long vents from left to right on the top back panel. My other half rang them direct this morning and they were really arsey about it, saying we cant order them, we have to get a shop that sells their vivs to call them for a quote for some and THEN they will get some from their supplier to send in about 2 weeks.
Great customer service eh?
I know they want ppl to buy new vivs but there is no chance we are doing that for the sake of a vent, and even if we do they can *bleep!* off if they think we will buy one from them next time we need one!

Does anyone know where we can get these long thin vents from?
