i has the exact same prob, but as the glass was tight, i actually let the glass scrape off the plastic and this allowed the glass perfect room to move, now its a perfect fit and slides perfect. also when i had the glass cut, the guy said i could just use sand paper, i got the glass home and sliced my finger soo badly! but i sanded the edges and now its fine.
