I oreded from them thursday mornin (no frozen food or live food just equipment) abot 10ish arrived the the next morning

it depends what and when you ordered, if you order friday the dont ship till monday, when i ordered it was fast i will be using them again. i ordered frozen mice and the pakaging was second to none would defentaly recomend them to any one.
