Hi, i have 4 ft viv for my adult corn but i need a new thermostat. What is the best for controling just this one heat mat (17" x 11", 20watt) and how will it control it?
(its inside the viv)

Also can it do multiple mats or wold that require a multi connection stat?

For mats I use a mat-stat 888 Reptiles | Habistat Mat Stat



You just set the temperature to whatever you want it to cut out at and it will turn the mat off when it reaches that temperature. It's tamper proof so you can't accidentally knock it or worry about kids messing around.

If you want to control more than one mat then just plug an extension socket in or multiplug adapter and plug your mats into that.

as above, but remember plug all the mats into the extension first then add the stat and do it when mats are cold. then the other mats will be at the same temp as the probe'd one
