One of the stats in the rep room is playing up. one chanel is working one is not

IT's a habistat twin chanel dimmer rated at 2 x 300W we have a 100W bulb on each channel of the stat and input 2 just will not work, both lights work when plugged into channel one but neither will work in channel 2. Has anyone had this before? Is it something fixable (ie anything i should check) or is it simply time for a new one?

Now the actual plugs you plug the power for the heat source into are not fused so it cannot be that, CH1 works so it can't be the main fuse..any thoughts?

it could be a number of things wrong.
possibly a faulty probe reading high so it will think the temperature is high enough.
Could be an internal part as well.
