Default Just found this on a web site.

A hamster wheel powered shredder. Rodents can now make their own bedding!! Sorry, rather pointless post but I thought it was too strange not to share............

i've always said that my rodents could power all my reptile heating.. if i could work a way to rig the wheels up to a generator..

considering how many rats you have you'd probably knock a sizable chuck off your entire household electricity bill if you ever got it working. The ultimate in green energy
