Have realised recently that with a growing collection of snakes I'm gonna need to make a rack. Cause vivs just arent going to be feasible!

Have been looking into getting some storage boxes ready to make one up in a month or so (after my Masters exams are over!), but am not sure what to get. Was thinking about some cheapy ones cause I can get generic 30ish litre conticos for £5, but I saw some "really useful boxes" in town today and was pretty impressed, strong and secure, nothings gonna escape! Thought seeing as I was gonna spend a bit of money building a rack around some boxes, I might as well pay a bit more for some decent ones!

So, was wondering if anyone recommended any types of boxes, what sizes, and where you can get cheap ones, all for making a rack. So far the 50 litre really useful box at Argos is winning, at £9.99 Shop for Really Useful Box 50 Litre. at Argos.co.uk. Still, seems a bit much if I'm gonna be buying 10+....!

Oh yeah forgot to say whats going in them...which may help! Hopefully carpets, BRBs, royals, smaller Scrubs, and eventually GTPs,

For most of those species in all honesty you would need a tub that had more depth to it.The really useful 50l and large conticos are ok for corns and royals but anything that is semi or totally arboreal needs a deeper tub to be happy in.

I think aboreals are best left in vivs TBH...

Theres a 50x58cm version and a 100x58cm version, much bigger than the really usefuls, and IMO the bigger one is perfect for royals....
