Default Help Please

I got my snake today and i have just setup the heat mat and stat but the heat mat doesnt seem to be getting warm at all. is there something i have missed or done wrong.

try taking it off the stat to see if it warms up. could be a problem with the stat

turn the dial on the stat up hun till the heat light on the stat comes on

The heatmat will not feel warm to the touch... they work by heating whatever is on top of them. Put something on top (A stone or something, go back to it and feel the heat then.

Also, check the temps the stat says with a thermometer... they're rarely accurate... it took me a good few days to get mine right.
