Default Custom Hides

Hey... I'm considering using some of the spare cricket tubs i've got laying around and turning them into hides.. What i plan on doing for covering them is using glue and sand..

Well the question is.. is there any glue i need to be wary of? even though it will be dry when in use.. But yeah..

Silicone glue is widely used and is waterproof and non-toxic when dry Not PVA just because if you get it wet it might be ruined, even the water-resistant stuff...

Might want to do a few thin layers so they dry properly or the smell could hang around.

I did my whole tank out, i started with polystyrene and cut them to the shape i wanted, covered the whole lot in tile grout, after i was solid i covered it in pva glue and covered it with sand.

I used PVA and sand mixed together with no problems.
Cheers,
